Recognition of institutions:
The Medical and Dental Council of Bangladesh, Dhaka with the approval of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dhaka periodically publishes a list of recognized medical and dental institutions across Bangladesh. These institutions are affiliated with some university.
Admissions in foreign medical institutions:
Indian students who seek admission in foreign medical institutions, are required to take a `No Objection’/eligibility certificate from the Medical Council of India.
Reliability as source of information and facilitation:
It is in the best interest of prospective students to make enquiries from the medical institutions directly about the courses/facilities available, apart from enquiring from Indian students who are already enrolled in the concerned medical institution.
